Returns & Exchanges

Altuzarra offers complimentary returns and exchanges on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all dust bags and designer tags, and securely seal the box using the provided adhesive strip.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
